Client Overview:

Car Serve is an innovative vehicle maintenance service provider that offers on-demand car servicing and repairs. With a focus on convenience and efficiency, Car Servee provides customers with a reliable platform to book car servicing, inspections, and repairs at their doorstep or at trusted partner locations.


Project Objective:

The objective of this project was to develop an intuitive and user-friendly mobile application that enables car owners to book on-demand services, track vehicle health, and receive maintenance reminders. The goal was to make vehicle maintenance accessible, affordable, and convenient for users, reducing the stress of traditional car servicing methods.


Scope of Work:

We were responsible for:

  • Designing and developing the Car Serve mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Integrating features such as real-time service tracking, service history, and in-app payment options.
  • Implementing a geolocation system for booking services based on the user’s location and preferred service providers.

Challenges:

  • User Experience Design: Creating an easy-to-navigate interface for all users, from tech-savvy individuals to those who are not familiar with mobile apps.
  • Service Provider Integration: Integrating multiple service providers into the platform while ensuring that users had access to reliable and vetted professionals.
  • Real-Time Tracking: Ensuring that real-time updates on vehicle servicing, driver location, and service status were delivered with high accuracy and minimal latency.
